today, while riding on the metro in taiwan, i encountered 3 asian people who spoke english. i asked where they were from, and it turns out that they were all 2nd and 3rd years from UCSD! excited that i finally met some americans whom i could possibly hang out with, i barged into a conversation without much thought.
